Our Approach to Safety

Safety of our employees and job sites is our top priority at Scenic Ridge. We have a designated safety committee in place to preview all new jobs before the work starts to make certain we account for any safety obstacles the job site may present. The committee ensures we are always on top of the newest industry standards for safety, and that all of our employees are up to speed with any safety training necessary for their specific job. In our efforts to maintain safe job sites, we use man-lifts, harnesses, safety restraints and safety checklists to keep our workers safe and to abide by the required building code.

Scenic Ridge works very closely with OSHA, and requires all of our employees to comply with federal, state and local safety standards and requirements.

Our current staff includes personnel certified in the following:

  • OSHA 10-hour course
  • OSHA 30-hour course
  • Competent Fall Protection
  • Competent Excavation
  • Competent Rigging & Signal
  • NCCCO Rigging & Level 1 Signal
