The Earl Township Maintenance building is an 11,000 sq. ft. equipment maintenance
building located in New Holland, PA. The floor area includes a drive-thru wash bay, a sixbay
maintenance shop with drive-thru doors, 1,400 sq. ft. of offices and a 1,400 sq. ft. storage mezzanine above the
office area. The metal building has a galvalume standing-seam roof. Exterior walls are 18 feet high with 8 feet of
masonry and pre-finished metal panels above. The office area is enhanced with architectural split-face block and a
colored standing-seam metal roof canopy. An in-floor heat system was installed in the concrete slab. The building?s
downspouts are connected to an underground cistern beneath the wash bay floor. Scenic Ridge Construction was
responsible for the building shell package and coordinating the mechanical trades.
