Every project begins with a good plan.

Whether it involves a steel building or block and bar joist, we have the manpower to construct your building or addition. We have a faithful following of subcontractors who we can count on for quality workmanship at competitive prices. We can work from your architect’s drawings or we can provide the design for you.

Our job supervisor and crews will take charge at the construction site. Our supervisor will coordinate all job site activities. He will hold job site meetings and maintain a three week schedule plan. He follows through on material deliveries, schedules manpower, reviews safety, coordinates inspections and oversees quality control. He reports daily to the project manager who is still ultimately responsible for the entire project.

Our construction crews are the key to our building success. While most general contractors rely on subcontractors, we use our own manpower and equipment to control our projects. Our metal building projects resemble a community barn raising event; our work force ‘teams up’ to get your project out of the ground quickly. Our construction crews put in the foundations, set steel, and install the roof. This allows us to pour the floor slab and enclose the walls, enabling us to start interior work earlier. Results can be seen daily as the building goes up. This approach saves both time and money.
