The first step in any building project is establishing criteria for the two most important questions:

Our Design and Estimating team, with years of construction experience and building code knowledge, will guide you through a step by step process in developing a concept design. Our priority will be to integrate cost with design to provide the most efficient building for your dollar. Our team will generate computer aided drawings for use in refining the design and construction budget. We can also provide three dimensional colored renderings to allow you to visualize your building before it is built!

Our team is also very familiar with land development and zoning regulations. We can assist in a site layout on your property. If you have not yet purchased property, we can assist you in locating ground and performing a feasibility study before you purchase it.

Our team will develop a detailed cost analysis of your project. During this phase, the design and budget will be fine tuned until it meets your satisfaction.

The budget and design will be used as the foundation for the planning and permitting phase.
