This morning, our team at Scenic Ridge Company had the pleasure of hosting 30 educators from the Conestoga Valley School District for a very engaging session. It was great to collaborate and share ideas on how to equip students with the skills and tools they need to succeed in the construction industry.

We talked about the wide range of career opportunities in construction and explored how to connect classroom learning with real-world trade experiences, making sure students are ready to succeed in the workforce.
