Terre Hill Concrete LARGE Bi-Fold Doors

Terre Hill Concrete Products, Inc. is well known in Central PA as a manufacturer of precast structures, stormwater structures, and gray block. Their headquarters is in Terre Hill PA, where they produce over 15 million blocks per year.

Many of their precast products must be manufactured in areas above 40 degrees, which would reduce their ability to manufacture during the cold winter months.

Terre Hill approached Scenic Ridge to construct a new 13,000 square foot 40-foot tall steel building at their Lebanon location. We were able to complete this unique building in a few short months. The building houses their existing mixing equipment, as well as two large bridge cranes for moving products efficiently through the manufacturing process.

This building features two 40′-0″ x 34′-0″ bi-fold doors, which allows their tall equipment to drive in and move large structures like their Terre Kleen, Terre Arch, Terre Box, and other precast archways, culverts, and structures.
