Clair Brothers

Clair Brothers started with two brothers and has grown to be the acknowledged global audio industry leader. Scenic Ridge was chosen to be a part of this facility expansion, consisting of a 140′ x 155′ x 36′ high building and a 140′ x 190′ x 30′-6″ building. Both buildings have a single-slope galvalume standing-seam roof. Ash Grey siding and Charcoal Grey trim were the metal colors chosen, accented with blue EIFS and a red entrance canopy. Lots of windows provide natural light, and the indoor/outdoor dock provides flexibility for loading and unloading.
