Conestoga Wood Products is an 82,000 manufacturing building in East Earl, PA. The building structure consists of both pre-engineered steel as well as structural steel. Two exterior offices for Conestoga Wood’s operations are constructed of metal studs and masonry with painted standing-seam roofing. Scenic Ridge Construction managed this design-build construction process from building design and land development to final turnover to the owner.
