DAS Companies, Inc. Renovation

Our Special Projects team at Scenic Ridge Company recently transformed this facility for DAS Companies, Inc. The building’s former layout featured door placements that were not compatible with the new owner’s truck traffic patterns. To resolve this, our team demolished an entire wall, poured new concrete, and installed new structural steel to support eight modern truck docks. We also added advanced dock equipment with integrated control panels to enhance both safety and efficiency in daily operations.
