Equipter

Equiter is a family-owned business, who’s beginnings as a roofing company has turned into a company that revolutionized the business with the invention of the “Roofer’s Buggy”. They worked with the Scenic Ridge design-build team to develop a building design to meet their expansion needs. The building features a 25,000 sf manufacturing floor.  The office is a modern 2-story design with lots of open space, windows, a balcony, and bright orange metal siding to match the company’s colors.
