Our team at Scenic Ridge completed a new 17,000-square-foot facility for Esh Foods, combining office space, break room, loading dock, and a spacious cold storage warehouse. This project highlights our expertise in cold storage construction and our ability to deliver functional, customized spaces to meet our clients’ needs.

Esh Foods, LLC, a wholesale distributor of fresh food, was founded in 1959 by Samuel Esh, who started by building a chicken house to support his growing family. By 1969, he began selling eggs at Booth Corner Farmer’s Market in Delaware County. In 1979, his son David took over, expanding the product range into the diverse offerings we provide today. Now led by David, his daughter Ann Michelle Stoltzfus, and her husband Jason Stoltzfus, Esh Foods continues to deliver high-quality products to stores and markets.
