This design-build project includes a state-of-the-art food-grade cold storage and freezer, a three-story office building, a truck shop, and a utility building. They attentively listened to my concerns and took them very seriously, giving me alternative solutions and prices when asked.They communicated very well and corrected everything they needed to to provide me exactly what they promised.In fact, they made the process so easy that I would almost like another project so that I could work with them again.

Our expectations were high before we even pushed ground. Scenic met those and delivered a beautiful facility for our company. On time and well run. If you are looking to go with someone with experience in doing great projects I'd go with Scenic.
