Kleen-Rite

Kleen-Rite bought the building previously known as Donegal Industries, a sewing factory that made children’s costumes and clothing. Kleen-Rite raised the roof of the existing building to increase the warehouse height. The building’s 12 foot and 18 foot high roofs were raised at a rate of one foot per hour, and they are now 27 feet high, giving the building a total of 105,000 square feet of usable space. Custom-color insulated metal wall panels give the building a well-insulated and low maintenance finish.
