Martin’s Specialty Sausages

Martin’s Specialty Sausage is a third-generation family business.  Their primary retail location is in the famous Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia.  This project is at their processing facility in Mickleton, NJ.  The project includes 15,000 square feet of expansion around three sides of the existing plant, plus interior renovations and improvements.

Martin was referred to us by another one of our valued clients.  After working on the design and approvals for several years, Martin came to us to get the project done just the way he wants it, and within his budget.  Some highlights include new sausage production rooms, freezers, coolers, smokehouses, offices, and employee areas.  The building is constructed using both pre-engineered and conventional steel, stainless steel & standard insulated metal panels, masonry walls, insulated concrete floors, and PVC membrane roofing.
