Mojo Barriers is an international supplier of aluminum stage barrier systems for live events including festivals, music tours, and sporting events. Mojo chose Scenic Ridge to design and build their new warehouse, and to completely renovate the abandoned 2-story laboratory building. The warehouse is an L-shaped building, 175′ x 275′ x 28′ high with 1/4:12 single-slope roof. It features a crane, and both a freight elevator and a personnel elevator to the 30,000 square foot second floor. Brick walls with curved corners and a precast band were used for durability and to match the office building. The roof is standing-seam metal with 43 skylights! We completely renovated and repaired the office building to create a beautiful and functional space!
