Null’s Towing is a family-owned business that was established in 1958. Null’s Towing offers light, medium, and heavy-duty towing and transportation and recovery services. Due to Null’s continued outstanding recovery and towing service, especially for large vehicles, they expanded and added another building. They’re also an authorized NRC dealership, providing sales and service of new and pre-owned truck bodies, chassis, and equipment.
This new building is located at their existing 7-acre facility at 1003 Gap Newport Pike in Cochranville, PA. The metal building is 100’ x 100’ x 22’ high. Scenic Ridge worked with Null’s through the entire process from concept to completion; including budgets, scheduling, land development planning and approvals, building permits, construction and final occupancy.
Scenic Ridge worked with Null’s to design and build a simple and cost-effective metal building, which is used to store vehicles and trailers. The building is well insulated, and features five 16’ x 16’ overhead doors, a 4’ roof overhang at the front, energy-efficient LED lighting, and sloped floors so water can easily be pushed out the doors.
Null’s is a great family business that cares about their customers, and they were a pleasure to work with.
