Premier R&G Properties

Premier R&G Properties approached Scenic Ridge about relocating an existing steel building.  It was an old worn out 50′ x 60′ shop building in Ephrata.

We removed the old roofing and siding for recycling, carefully dismantled the existing steel structure, and our trucks moved it to a nearby site.

Our design team evaluated the existing structure and developed plans to add a new 25′ bay, making the new building 60′ x 75′.  We created several 3D color rendering options to help the owner make the final selections.

We used all new roofing, siding and trims, insulation, doors & windows, foundations and slabs, and added split-face block for durability, with a nice corner canopy to protect the entrance area.
