Our Scenic Ridge Company steel fabrication team handled the structural steel fabrication for the Presque Isle International Passenger Terminal in Maine.
This unique two-story, 24,000 square foot project is an excellent example of steel and mass timber hybrid construction. Mass timber is used for many of the building’s structural components, while the trusses combine structural steel and mass timber to create a hybrid structural system.
We’re thankful to be partnering with our friends at Quality Buildings LLC on another project. It’s also a great example of our Scenic Ridge Company steel fabrication team’s ability to serve projects across the country. We fabricate here in Lancaster and ship the steel nationwide.
