S Fisher Real Estate (Currently Under Construction)

Our team at Scenic Ridge Company is partnering with S Fisher Real Estate on a design-build project on the Old Philapdelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County. The project includes a 200’ x 230’ building and a 96’ x 250’ building, both designed for manufacturing and warehousing space. Thank you to S Fisher for the opportunity to collaborate on this project. Our expectations were high before we even pushed ground. Scenic met those and delivered a beautiful facility for our company. On time and well run. If you are looking to go with someone with experience in doing great projects I'd go with Scenic.
