W. L. Zimmerman

W. L. Zimmerman is a 15,000 sq. ft. hardware store and equipment rental building located in Intercourse, PA. This pre-engineered steel building consists of mostly retail space with some office and storage space. There is a storage mezzanine above the entire office area. The building features two inch insulated panel siding and a galvalume standing-seam roof. The office area is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. consisting of general offices, a conference room, lunch room, and rest rooms. The building features a 10′ x 115′ cantilevered covered porch to display products. Angled loading docks were used to accommodate the site layout.
