215 Bucky Drive Is Ready For Business!

Buckwalter Enterprises has worked with Scenic Ridge in the past. In early 2017 the owner came to us with an idea of what he’d like, and we walked him through the process from there. Our team did a great job expediting construction to meet the clients needs. Foundation work started in June 2018, and the building was occupied by the end of October 2018…just 5 months later!

Our design team worked through many options to find the best mix of aesthetics and function, while keeping the project within a strict budget. I’d say they did a great job of helping the owner visualize what his new building would look like!

The finished product at 215 Bucky Drive in Litiz is 25,000 square feet and 30′ high. Most of the space is warehouse, but it also has a spacious office, with room for future 2nd floor office space. Lots of natural light and high ceilings makes the office space a very comfortable place to work!

The building is occupied by Lititz Flooring Company. Lititz Flooring Company is a DBA established by Capri Cork LLC in January 2018. They are a distributor of high quality commercial flooring products.
