Larry Constable started L.C. Auto Body in the early 1980’s. The company operated out of renovated chicken houses for nearly 30 years before finding the right property to build on. Larry and his team chose Scenic Ridge to build his dream shop. The main building is 105′ wide x 135′ long x 24′ high, with a 1/2:12 single-slope roof. The second floor has offices and a large break room. This building has lots of great features, including specialty metal framing, paint booths, floor pits, standing-seam roofs, overhangs, and attractive split-face block and lots of glass.
