Messick’s new world-class facility in Mount Joy is complete! Through a year filled with new challenges, we were able to complete this design-build project on time, with another happy repeat client! Our in-house team skillfully designed, planned and managed the whole project. Our shop detailed and fabricated most of the steel, and our crews worked together with many great specialty contractors to complete this project in eleven short months!  Site work started in February 2021, and Grand Opening was in December 2021!



The building consists of 210,000+ square feet, including a beautiful large showroom, 48 well-equipped service bays, a two-story office, and a huge parts warehouse. The building also features in-floor heat, a large wash bay, loading docks, and lots of natural light everywhere.
